- The applicant must be a Saudi national.
- The farm must have an agricultural registration record with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
- The applicant or their authorized representative must be present at the site during the visit.
- The number of palm trees in the farm must not exceed 500 palm trees.
- The palm trees must be properly pruned and maintained.
