Supervising the implementation, review, and publication of scientific research and innovations related to plant and animal health. ​

Establishing and activating a national electronic platform for researchers and research in the field of plant and animal health. ​

Supporting and encouraging research, studies, and innovations in plant and animal health in cooperation with relevant entities.​ ​

Developing systems, policies, and procedures to regulate scientific research and innovation, in coordination with the administrative units of the Center. ​

Collaborating with the public and private sectors on research and studies in plant and animal health, in coordination with the administrative units of the Center. ​

Providing continuous development and evaluation opportunities for researchers and innovators in cooperation with relevant departments. ​

Participating in the organization of scientific symposia, conferences, and workshops in the fields of scientific research and innovation, in coordination with the administrative units of the Center. ​

Providing scientific and advisory recommendations in the field of plant and animal health. ​

Performing any other functions assigned within its scope of competence. ​
