The Shared Services Sector at Weqaa Center seeks to ensure the achievement of the Center’s objectives related to shared services, enabling better integration and coordination of various operations. This is accomplished by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources, optimizing budget planning and procurement processes, developing the digital infrastructure for electronic systems, and ensuring the sustainability of assets.
