PPR is a contagious viral disease that affects sheep and goats. It is classified as one of the priority epidemic diseases in the Kingdom due to its rapid spread and the economic losses it causes as a result of high mortality rates.  

Symptoms:  

Eye inflammation (conjunctivitis)  

Ulcers in the mouth, tongue, and nasal openings  

Severe emaciation

Cracked and dry nasal openings

Diarrhea
