This service authorizes the licensee to provide consultancy services related to disease prevention and control, biosecurity programs, infection control, and related awareness and educational activities, in accordance with the controls and requirements of the service delivery manual approved by the Weqaa Center.

  • The applicant for prequalification must be a Saudi legal entity or a foreign investor holding a valid license to commence business activities in accordance with the Foreign Investment Law and its implementing regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The applicant’s record must be free of any violations or outstanding financial liabilities owed to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture or the Weqaa Center.
  • The applicant shall undertake to comply with the instructions and requirements governing the prequalification process.
