  • The applicant for prequalification must be a Saudi legal entity or a foreign investor holding a license to commence operations in accordance with the Kingdom’s Foreign Investment Law and its implementing regulations.
  • The applicant’s record must be free of any violations or outstanding financial obligations owed to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture or the Weqaa Center.
  • The applicant must undertake to comply with the instructions and requirements related to the qualification process.
