  • The applicant for prequalification must be a Saudi legal entity or a foreign investor holding a license to commence business activities in accordance with the Foreign Investment Law and its implementing regulations in the Kingdom.
  • The applicant’s record must be free from any violations or outstanding financial obligations owed to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture or the Weqaa Center.
  • The applicant shall undertake to comply with the instructions and requirements of the prequalification process.
