Plant Health Consultancy

This service authorizes the licensee to provide technical consultancy services for the preparation and implementation of plant health programs, such as Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs, including diagnosis, assessment of infestation levels, and selection of appropriate control methods to improve agricultural production efficiency and reduce environmental risks, as well as plant health awareness and educational activities, in accordance with the controls and requirements of the service delivery manual approved by the Weqaa Center.

  • The applicant for qualification must be a legally recognized Saudi national or a foreign investor with a valid license to commence operations, in accordance with the Foreign Investment Law and its regulations in the Kingdom.
  • The applicant's record must be free from any violations or outstanding financial obligations to the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, or Waqqa Center.
  • The applicant must commit to complying with all relevant qualification regulations and requirements.
