Inspection and oversight of licensed plant and animal health service providers authorized by the Center.  

Inspection and oversight of the safety of local plant and animal products (as per food safety monitoring programs).  

Inspection and oversight of licensed plant and animal agricultural facilities authorized by the Ministry.  

Inspection and oversight of veterinary facilities licensed by the Ministry.  

Inspection and oversight of facilities involved in the handling of agricultural production inputs: pesticides, seeds, seedlings, and saplings.  

Inspection and oversight of private plant health and veterinary laboratories.  

Health inspection and oversight of plant and animal related events.  

Inspection and oversight of quarantine facilities (plant and veterinary quarantines, when assigned to the Center).
