This program is as an integrated framework to assess and develop the leadership and behavioral merits. It aims to enable the leaders to face changes and achieve the strategic objectives effectively and efficiently. This program comes within the Center's efforts made to develop the leadership efficiencies and enhance the institutional merits toward achieving the sustainable impact through a comprehensive development journey that includes global assessment tools, development plans and qualitative training programs to enable the leaders to face the challenges and achieve objectives efficiently and flexibly. The plan also includes the program stages, objectives, methodology of assessment, and training workshop on " Leadership Influence". During the program, a dialogue session has been held on " Leadership Development a key of sustainable success inside Institutions, Leaders Role in building the institutions success and achieve objectives". A number of experts and practitioners in the field of leadership. Weqaa Center President & CEO has emphasized that the program of Leadership Excellence is considered as a strategic investment in the human capital. He has indicated that it is based on scientific methodologies and modern assessment tools that can contribute to building inspiring leaders able to influence inside the institution.
